If
I am
my
own treasure
I am
rich
because I dance,
not only
to
heart music
on
full moon nights,
but
to an undeniable rhythm
of myself
so
deeply penetrating
it
is a privilege
to
my soul.

Hi, John! Kenia here. I don't have time to read all your poetry (and do it justice) but I will in the near future. I really like the two that I read: Salsa Souls and We Dance. I feel exactly the same when I'm dancing. It's soooooo good for the soul. I wanted to share the poem by my husband (in a previous life) Gustavo Adolfo Becquer that is called Habra poesia (There will be poetry.) The translation I found doesn't do it justice, but translations never do. But something is something. This is the website: http://www.learn-spanish-online.de/exercises/level3_listen_comprehension/poems/siempre_habra_poesia/3_3_4_becquer_siempre_habra_poesia.htm
Carry on with your poetry and keep on dancing!
Lovely thought....
